I’ve been training for 4 months with Evolve Fitness. My goals were to lose weight, get fitter and improve my strength, speed and posture.
My body fat has dropped dramatically and I’ve lost over 3 stone which I am very pleased with. My nutritional knowledge has changed a lot and I now know more about exercising correctly and the correct nutrition to eat to improve sports performance.
I am training 5 times a week and my confidence is high. I am aiming to continue training hard whilst looking forward to next year and hitting my new goal of changing my body even further.
