To our small-group personal training sessions to our larger group sessions like RESILIENCE & HARDSTYLE Kettlebell Club, we provide dedicated support where we will guide and monitor you every step of the way.

From not being able to swing a kettlebell or only press a 16kg 2 years ago to now double clean and pressing the 2x 28kg's to learning all the kettlebell movements its great to see his progress with the movements, strength, fitness and muscle development also👏👏👍

Although we offer a larger group options such as our Resilience sessions which is great for some people.

We believe SGPT gives each person a greater coaching experience with amazing results with what it provides compared to larger group training options out there⬇️

✅Tailored sessions, with programs that consider individual fitness levels, strengths, injuries and goals.

✅Quicker adjustments to changing abilities and goals of each member. With more individualisation on each persons abilities, technique guidance to help you learn movements and progress faster

✅Opportunities for more in-depth fitness and nutrition discussions with feedback and support from your coach

✅flexibility on SGPT session bookings -
to help adapt your routines to train when you want based on your schedule, we offer times throughout the week, book when you want, your don’t have to do the same set days and session times each week, unless it’s something you prefer which is total fine also
