We focus on fundamental movements with Kettlebell’s and bodyweight exercises that have stood the test of time, to help you improve relative strength, core strength, movement and fitness.

Am I ready for Kettlebells?

Yes, we understand that for our SIN classes to be effective you need to be exercising at the right ability level for you. So, we have divided the classes into two ability groups:

Beginner – for those who have never trained with Kettlebells before and want to learn the fundamentals and improve their skills.

Intermediate/Advanced – for those who have trained with Kettlebells before and want to advance their skills and technique.

💪 HEART RATE SOFTWARE – see how you’re performing and recovering throughout the course. You can use this in the group training and away from the sessions to track your daily calorie expenditure, performance and recovery.

The SIN groups will be starting soon and each group will have an induction day taking place before the course starts.
